Ale nen\u00ed od v\u011bci je zbyte\u010dn\u011b stresovat nebo h\u016f\u0159e je to mu stresu vystavovat.To se vlastn\u011b kolikr\u00e1t ani v\u00e1m dosp\u011bl\u00fdm nel\u00edb\u00ed, kdy\u017e v\u00e1s n\u011bkdo dostane do stresov\u00e9 situace a vy v\u016fbec nem\u00e1te pon\u011bt\u00ed co vlastn\u011b nastane a u d\u011bt\u00ed si to asi tak z dvojn\u00e1sobte.\u00a0A jak se u takov\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee stres projevovat? Nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e m\u00e1 nechu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu, nechce chodit do \u0161koly nebo \u0161kolky. Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt, \u017ee se d\u00edt\u011b t\u0159eba za\u010dalo po\u010d\u016fr\u00e1v\u00e1t, kdy\u017e m\u00e1 d\u00edt\u011b z\u00e1chvaty vzteku nebo zhroucen\u00ed, \u010dasto zde pat\u0159\u00ed taky poruchy sp\u00e1nku. D\u00e1le pak n\u00e1hle bolesti hlavy, nebo b\u0159icha.
